Organization
This section allows you to manage information relating to the organisation as a whole. From this area, it is possible to:
- (Re)name your organization
- Manage users: add or delete project contributors by assigning them specific roles
- Add or delete an organisation : a function useful for corporates groups that can have multiple organizations as subsidiaries
Overview
This section provides an overview of the organisation.
- Carbon emissions by studio
- Changes in carbon emissions over time
- The aggregated report for all the organisation’s works
Studios
This section lists all Studios declared by the organisation.
From this area, it is possible to:
- Add a studio, duplicate it, or delete it
- Access a studio’s details and subsequently edit its data
Productions
This section lists all Productions declared by the organisation.
From this area, it is possible to:
- Add a production, duplicate it, or delete it
- Access a production’s details and subsequently edit its data
Technical Infrastructures
This section lists all technical equipment leased or owned by the organisation.
This section allows the user to:
- Create an inventory of hardware profiles (screens, workstations, servers, etc.) located in each studio within the organisation
- Assemble this equipment into standard configurations. For example: 3D artist rendering configuration = 24-inch monitor + high-performance workstation + tablet
Subsequently, when describing a Production, these configurations can be selected as resources used by a Work group (department) to carry out a task.
