Ces données sont spécifiques à la fabrication d’une œuvre donnée. Elles permettent d’attribuer à l’œuvre les ressources humaines, matérielles et externes qui ont été mobilisées pour sa production.
5.4.1 Work group
Work groups represent the resources used to contribute to the production of a production.
They can be of three types: People, Machines, and Services.
To add a work group, click [+ Add an item], from the block located on the left, below the travel section.
Information to be entered for each group:
- Group name and group activity: e.g. Modelling Team A / Assets – 3D Modeling
Note that it is not possible to create custom activity labels. However, for the same Work group, it is possible to associate several activities by selecting them from the drop-down menu. - Studio: name of the organisation’s studio to which this group is attached
- Group type:
- People: individuals working as a team on a specific activity. Quantification is expressed in person-days
- Machines: equipment that does not require continuous human operation and is used to generate value in the production pipeline. Quantification is expressed in rendering hours
- Service: external service providers that contributed in any way to the production → For more information, see the dedicated help section: EXTERNAL SERVICES AND CO-PRODUCTIONS
- Scheduling type: used to distribute production hours according to different workload profiles:
- Constant: even distribution over the entire production period
- Progressive: gradual increase in workload up to final delivery
- Start and end dates: the period during which this group was active on the production
Use of machines
- Hardware configuration: specify the standard hardware configuration used by this work group.
ATTENTION : Pour accéder aux configurations type, assurez-vous qu’elles ont été préalablement créées dans l’onglet Infrastructures techniques.
5.4.2 Business travel related to the production – outside fleet
These trips relate exclusively to the production and correspond to assignments carried out outside the usual workplace. They may include, for example, a meeting at a client’s premises for a presentation or approval, or travel to an external audio service provider to review a music mix.
- Occasional assignments: presentations, approvals, etc.
- Outside fleet travel only
IMPORTANT: Commuting (home-to-work journeys) must not be reported here. These are already accounted for in the Studio section.
5.4.3 Goods and services purchases
These purchases are exclusively linked to the Production. Purchased products and services related to the Studio have already been accounted for in the Studio section.
