4.1.1 Organization managment
By the term Organization, this should be understood as the legal entity (i.e. a registered company, associated with a registration number)
The term Studio refers to a production site registered by an organization. It generally refers to a physical location (building, offices, etc.) where the production of digital works is concentrated.
For groups, Carbulator allows multiple organisations to be declared within the same user account. The data for each organisation is strictly isolated: no data sharing or interaction is possible between organisations or between the studios that belong to them.
Note : in the specific case of co-productions → see dedicated chapter.

4.1.2 Users management
Carbulator allows collaborators to contribute to the entry of activity data for one or more studios or productions. Several predefined roles are available, each with different permissions.
- Owner: has full control over the organisation and can manage users, roles, and permissions.
- Administrator: can manage users, roles, and permissions.
- Member: can view and edit the organisation’s data and reports.
- Consultant: can only view the organisation’s data and reports.
