Founded in 1989 under the name Syndicat des Producteurs de Film d’Animation (until 2020), AnimFrance is the only trade association exclusively dedicated to the animated film and audiovisual production sector.

At the same time, AnimFrance drives the creation of technological tools aligned with the sector’s structure, acting as a partner of Pôle Image Magelis for the AnimConnect job-matching platform and as the administrator of Carbulator, a tool for calculating the specific carbon emissions of companies and projects within the sector.
National Center for Cinema and the Moving Image. More than seventy years after its creation in 1946, the CNC remains a unique institution. It is a public agency that uses funds allocated for specific purposes to support the moving image arts, and it also serves as the central administrative body responsible for this sector under the authority of the Minister of Culture. https://www.cnc.fr/

Union of Independent Producers. The SPI, the only unified union for French producers, brings together producers of short films, feature films, audiovisual works, and animated films.
